How it works?
You can contact us at the beginning of your search or later on in the process. It is important that you have not yet been in touch with the selling agent. We’ll contact the other estate agent and guide the purchase in the South of France from A to Z.
Search first
Haven’t found your new home yet? Then we will start searching first. We’ll arrange a video call where we discuss your wishes and needs and we’ll send you a selection of houses on a regular basis.
We’ll book appointments with the other estate agents, and provide a logical itinerary. Locally based, we have the possibility to visit the houses ourselves while you join us by video call. It will give you a good first impression of the houses available in the South of France.
We’ll give advice on the location, the cadastral plans, the technical reports, possibilities to extend, etc. And we will continue our search until we have found your dream property.
The purchase process
We’ll take care of the negotiations and maintain contact with the other estate agent and the ‘notaire’. We check the preliminary sales contract and the final act and propose additional conditions. We monitor the deadlines and make sure that everything is going accordingly. Finally, we are present at the signing of the final act and we’ll assist in switching over the utility contracts. Even after the sale of the house, we remain an important point of contact, so that you can enjoy your French home without stress and worries.
